Everything you need to know about the FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup

New global competition will get under way in 2025 following FIFA Council's confirmation of format on 4 October.

Format
The 16 teams will be drawn into four groups of four. The two in each group will reach the knockout phase, in which quarter-finals, semi-finals, a third-place play-off and final will ensue.
