The Football Federation of Timor-Leste (FFTL) has recruited a futsal coach for the position of Head Coach, Fandy Butarbutar, and Physical & Goalkeeping Coach, M. Gilang.

These two coaches will prepare the Timor-Leste National Futsal Team for the AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2024™ Qualifier in Manama, Bahrain, in Group F together with Kuwait, Bahrain (Host), Brunei DS, and Timor-Leste.

The qualification games will start from October 7th to 11th, 2023.

It's also noted that the two mentioned coaches also coach the team in Indonesia's Pro Futsal League, Sadakata United.

With the presence of these new coaches, we can have hope for a significant improvement in the performance of the National Futsal Team in the future.
