No surprises from Lisbon. Since one month, after the usual "rumors" and speculations on the name replacing Joel Rocha, all the indications were leading to a single name: José Maria Pazos Mendéz, known in futsal as Pulpis.
No more World Cup with Thailand then for the Spanish coach who will start the training sessions with SL Benfica on August 16th.

Fernando Tavares, SL Benfica vice-president explained their decision: "We have chosen Pulpis due to his knowledge and international experience."
