we have reached the 11th category of the Futsalplanet Awards 2020, 21st edition of the most traditional and recognized futsal prizes released by Futsalplanet.com! This means we are getting closer to the end of the first stage, then we will experience about 20 days of votes before finding out the winners.
As you know, having pointed this out several times in our previous awards, the Best Young Player in the World category is absolutely basic for us. There are too many countries and clubs which are still “bypassing the obstacle” of players formation so that actually they avoid to build their own future in futsal.
National FAs and clubs should understand that this is an inevitable step, a real cornerstone of futsal development. Last but not least, having their own players succeeding in futsal should be a great source of pride for a national team on youth and adult level, something not to be ignored or mortified through a serial import of foreign talents.

As per the past seasons we included in this list only players who were still 23 years old on December 31st, 2020.
