For those who don’t know he has been a brilliant player and then coach, leading Greece National team as well, and above all that kind of person we admire: a futsal enthusiast.
His passion was pure and so far away from today search for protagonism, battle of egos and silly self-celebration characterizing modern times and affecting our little futsal world as well.
Dimitri’s legacy is given by Futsal Hellas portal and by the huge group of people, in Greece as abroad, who keep his memory in their minds and hearts.
So that’s why the Best National Team Coach in the World category is also known as Dimitri Nicolaou Award!
