On past saturday in the ANFP headquarter has been held the first ever International Futsal Congress: More than 80 people attended the event, having the chance to know more about the game in different realities (worldwide, Spain, Brazil, women futsal, player formation and development plan in Chile as well as national refereeing system) of our sport.
Main speakers of the International Congress were Brent Rahim (FIFA Futsal development director), Miguel Rodrigo and Vicente De Luise as FIFA instructors, Eduardo Basso "Morruga" and Rubén Subeldía as CONMEBOL instructors and Chilean refereeing sector responsible Osvaldo Talamilla.

According to Chile head coach and FIFA-CONMEBOL instructor Vicente De Luise the event exceeded everybody's expectations, with people coming from foreign countries to attend it.

"An excellent congress" also according to FIFA manager Brent Rahim, "featuring many experts talking about the current situation of the game, in South America as well as worldwide. This is the ideal way to share our knowledges".

Also, a FIFA Futsal Coaching course (included in the Class A CONMEBOL licence) was attended by 29 coaches from different countries who had the great chance to improve their knowledge of the game through the expertise of Miguel Rodrigo.
